TechLive Now Simple Terms of Service:

TechLive Now can not be held liable for any damage to your PC under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: Hardware, Software, or data loss. You are responsible to back up your data, and we encourage you to do so before contacting us for service.

You must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card that we accept. At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (Amex).

TechLive Now services come with a 30 day warranty with the exception of our TechLive Advisor services which have no warranty.

TechLive Advisor services are for informational purposes only. TechLive Now can not be held responsible for what you do with our advice. We assume no liability for any customer action(s).

TechLive Now will connect to your computer remotely over the public Internet. You authorize TechLive Now to use any and all tools to resolve the problem including a remote access tool. We will leave no software on your PC. Our remote access tool is for one time use only and leaves no software on your PC.

TechLive Now reserves the right to decline to provide services. In this event a partial refund may be made to the client. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and TechLive Now will determine if a refund is due. Our say is final and can not be appealed by any process.

Not every problem can be repaired. TechLive Now is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

In the event that the issue being experienced is a software error, commonly referred to as a "bug" or "glitch" or the problem lies in the hardware of the affected PC, our TechLive Now will document the case, and provide this information to the customer by Email. This is considered resolution of the problem and NO refund will be made.

If a problem is non-repairable as determined by TechLive Now, the customer will NOT be charged with the exception of the terms outlined in section 8 of this document. Our say is final and can not be appealed by any process.

TechLive Now is not responsible or liable in any way for any damages to any customer PC even if not explicitly defined in this document.
